Is Elena Giselle for real? She has some great reviews. When I tineye or google her pics I get multiple other hits. Does anyone know if they are her pics or fakes?

I've seen her, she's very pretty with a great attitude, the pictures aren't real as you can tell, but when I met her through a mutual friend I wasn't disappointed at all.
