I just noticed that a local delisted provider has made her way back onto TER.  How does this happen?

There are numerous reasons a provider had herself delisted. Its  not as bad as the word sounds. She could have easily been going through a nasty divorce, has children, stalkers, crazy bf's/g/f...the list is never ending really.

and you can read the whole thread there without rehashing it again. It is either on page 2 or 3.

to prove the allegation of her re-listing? Or was this jusy another dump-fest on a past provider?

...the reviews to see if it's just an allegation or if her profile is really back up.  Maybe you don't know how to do a search so I'll help you out buddy...

Thanks for posting the link, I should have done that.  She is definitely back on TER, and with 363 reviews no less.

sure simplifies and wins a readers consideration better than simply throwing a grenade and shouting a name.

an occasional discussion board contributor? I don't receive any specific information like that with my VIP subscription. Just "Provider information is no longer available on TER."

Some providers take down their reviews when they go on a long   vacation.

I know this because her profile showed up when I ran one of my saved searches.  It's not a matter of VIP status, I do have VIP status.  But it would show up anyway.  You can find it by going to Reviews, Search Reviews, then Advanced Search.  Then enter United States for Country, and Los Angeles for City.  Then enter Kimbra in the space for Provider's Name.  Two names come up.  Click on the second name.  You will get it all.  You won't see "Provider information is no longer available on TER."
I will concede I am a lurker on the board and I very seldom contribute. But I still can ask a question or say something if I am inclined to do so.

I tried an "advanced search" but not knowing what order or whatever her names were listed I came up goose-eggs. Hours later still "NO-ONE" had thought to include the commonly included "link"!

If you were ever put on "moderation" for blogging about a delisted provider you would want to see if an alleged delisted provider is or isn't delisted before mentioning names.
