Can't speak for anyone else but here are some common examples...

-References older than 1 year (or for some ladies, references older than 6 months)
-Not enough references (some ladies require two, some ask for even more)
-No current ads or the reference is unavailable to contact for verification (no longer working, on vacation, etc)
-No reviews or not enough reviews (I personally look for regular reviews here dating back over 1 year)
-Bad reputation (known for bait & switch, unreliable, etc, ie I want someone trustworthy to rely on for a reference)
Also some ladies won't accept references from agencies, I don't think that's usually the case with kgirls because a lot of those ladies work for agencies or have assistants, but it's true of me & it's true of a few ladies I'm friendly with. I've spoken to a lot of guys who are really surprised when I won't accept a single whitelist reference from like three years ago, or they can't understand why I would want to actually speak with their references like they're surprised I would do anything except look that they've given me a name & phone number and say cool, come on over! There are some ladies who do but it's probably a good thing if they're doing their due diligence because then you know they care about who they're meeting. That makes both of you safer.
