I feel women are taking more risk than they should for fake boobs. They are certainly safer now than back in the days of those older design leaking silicone disasters, but still is it really worth it? I have always been fine with natural boobs, size really does not matter much to me. There is an old saying, "more than a mouth full is a waste".
