Now THAT was a worthwhile response. Very insightful and informative. Thank you.

I have read of a hobbyist who admitted to catching chlamydia from a BBBJ. How he was certain it was from a BBBJ and not another activity, I do not know, but you could probably ask (he obviously is of the more open sort since he did post that here!). You can search for that post on the newbie board.
I did a ton of research before entering this little world, and almost all the STD transmission statistics are based on poor data. For instance, much of the data is gleaned from those who show up at low-income community clinics for treatment or from other high risk populations, and most studies don't control for IV drug use, etc; the mode of transmission is not clear if people participate in various acts that could possibly be involved. Keeping in mind that all the stats are really a bunch of hand-waving estimates based on crappy data, it is generally accepted that the risks from oral are very low, and it is slightly higher for the provider of the act. Pre-ejaculate/ejaculate into the throat is the mode of transmission, and it's thought to be harder to transfer from the throat to the penis, so your question is targeted at a relatively rare occurrence, and then, out of that small number, you'd have to find those open to admit it.
Hopefully most get tested on a regular basis in all the areas that are relevant, although I'd probably hate to see the numbers for that as I am sure it would be disappointing. Also, it would be smart for everyone here to take advantage of the HPV vaccine. Even if you're outside of the recommended vaccine age group, you can still ask for the jab, and the data indicates that it prevents infections in all the relevant areas, including oral. The only reason it's not recommended for those above certain age groups is that it's automatically assumed you've had HPV, but no one has any clue if you've had the nasty cancerous strains in the vaccine; getting vaccinated seems like a very wise thing to do if you want to reduce your cancer risks.
