To be politically correct..the term "Asian" is the more appropriate term nowadays.

The Orient means "the East". It is a traditional designation for anything that belongs to the Eastern world or the Near East or Far East, in relation to Europe.

Asian refers to anything related to the continent of Asia, especially Asian people.

The post was about FROM THE ORIENT. Not referring to the girls as Orientals.
As I said. Orient is a place. Asians are people and yes we know we're not  talking
about Azerbaiganis or Yemenites.

I am not aware that there is anything politically incorrect about the term orient.  I am aware that it is considered by many that it is politically incorrect to call someone oriental.
