The last couple weeks I've had a HORRIBLE time trying to setup an appointment with any providers here in LA. Just to give you an idea of what I mean, I made a list of about 40 providers in my area that had been recently reviewed that I wanted to see. I called every number down that list and out of that, only 3 numbers actually picked up to a live person and out of that no girls were available. I took the day off work TWICE in hopes of hooking up with a provider and both days were completely wasted as no girls have been available. One booker said all 4 of his girls were out sick. A couple other bookers weren't pleased with my references and never called me back. I would say... about HALF the numbers I called were completely out of service.

It is not the dearth of providers. Maybe you have been blacklisted. Or you are going about things the wrong way. Keep trying and hopefully you will get lucky.
It is a challenge, but it should be if you are trying to break into the kgirl world. I would hope that the bookers remain ever stringent and screen very carefully to vette out potential troublemakers or LE.

k-girls, than yes, there has been in effect a more stringent screening policy that makes it very hard to book k-girls, sometimes impossible. If you are referring to non-k-girls, personally I never had a trouble booking with anyone.
A provider recently (2 months ago?) told me her booker was only booking with known prior customers.
Kind of odd but the booker also asked me what color shirt/jacket I was wearing to verify me through the peep hole, even though I'd seen the same provider 3 or 4 times previously.
I'm not saying I condone the blacklisting, but its not surprising that bookers would not want to book you if you're going to hurt their business with low ratings.
There's no way they could know who I am though because I never tell providers ANYTHING about ter over the phone.

But again, there's no way to link that to who I really am. I didn't do anything stupid like leave a review immediately after seeing a provider so that it would clearly be linked back to me. Some of the reviews I waited quite a while before posting for that very reason.

Don't assume things in this business. The bookers aren't dumb and they can and will find out if they are determined enough to make sure a bad client doesn't get through. I must say though that reading your reviews, you give yourself away by certain acts so that is how they could possibly link you. Also due to the fact that you seem rough with the girls (based on your own reviews). The girl may seem all smiles and all but she may be afraid for her life. Take that into consideration as how you treat the ladies.
As an end result, taers advice and just move on. If they don't want you, there must be a reason for it.

The more you seem to justify the blacklisting. We are just making an observation as to why you are not getting responses. You can accept it or not. But, since this is not happening to everyone else, it must be something to do with you. The only other reason I can think of is if you changed your phone # or are calling using a different phone #. If this isn't the case, then word has gotten around, for whatever reason, that you are no longer a wanted customer.
You write reviews , providers repair back to bookers , irrespective of how good your reviews are if you leave bad impressions with the girls you'd ultimately disqualify yourself from seeing girls whose bookers share info. They may not know the source of your reviews the girls' reviews of you are enough to judge you.
Well I know for a fact I've been a perfect client to every girl I've ever seen. But lets 'theoretically' say I'm this total jerk of guy, a real asshole to my providers, and a danger to the agency, THE WORST CLIENT EVER IN HISTORY. Then WHY do those same agencies allow me to keep coming back to THEIR service, but won't give me a good ref to try someone ELSE'S service. Explain that to me 
You are confused and confusing. Just owe up to not treating the girls right. Nobody is buying your bs about being a model client, you don't sound like one based on your reviews. Once you are on the bad client list, you can call, the phone will ring and ring... Or will say it's been disconnected, because your number has been blocked. Wake up and smell the roses. Actually, It's very easy for a provider or booker to find your TER user name if you use the same e-mail address for TER as contacting providers, and yes much lower than normal scores seem to be a thing with you so by now that knowledge has been shared and you seem to be seeing the repercussions of it.
Even though you have resolved your original problem, I just wanted to point out some things from your reviews that are telling:
1. "For some reason [name redacted] must have picked up that I wasn't happy..."
2. "On the phone, she said BBBJ, but it was CBJ. The CBJ lasted 30 seconds, I had to request more."

Were you the "perfect client"? You think the providers don't sense that you are unhappy with them?
Why is it that you are the only reviewer who had such a bad experience with each of these providers?
This may not have been the source of your issue, but it may be in the future.
will give you problems. It sucks, but that's the way it is. If you do it, you have to be prepared for the backlash. Or you have to make sure your TER handle is not connected in any way to your hobby email and hobby phone number.
As for the past couple weeks -- I've had no trouble booking appointments. Saw two kgirls and one indy. A few of my favorites were on vacation due to the holidays, but many others were available to fill in. I was worried it might be difficult to find ladies working around Christmas and New Years, but that was not the case at all. There were plenty of wonderful choices, as usual. LA rocks.

Take my 'disappoint' out on the girls??? What are you talking about? I said I was disappointed because I couldn't easily find working numbers, I didn't even see a provider due to that. Also, that description of me is just made up to throw any agencies off the track, I would be a fool to describe myself and be linked to who I really am.

As far as them not answering the phone, this seems to be SOP. My hunch is that they look up your phone number on some kind of master list of known good guys, and if you are on the list, then they call you back, or TXT. I took a break for a while from the K-girl scene, and it was difficult getting back on the list, or so it seemed to me.

That particular agency, at one location, always has the girl hand you (at a flat rate) parking reimbursement when you are leaving (no bottled water though). But a little weird if you weren't to know that before going in and called to complain before even getting buzzed in, I mean the parking isn't that expensive. Assume the booker would've then dialed the girl up real quick and warn her to make sure she got the donation up front.
I just read your review of Yoyo/Star/Connie, which appears to be one of the lower scores you've given. I'm not commenting on the validity of any of it. I've never seen her. Although, the was a harsh review and probably pissed off the girl and her booker. Back to the point, you're quite specific about several things ranging from the appointment starting 20 minutes late to the misunderstanding about BBBJ v. CBJ. You talk about your p-h-y-s-i-q-u-e.
Again, that girl and booker definitely know who you are. They didn't have to call Sherlock Holmes. And, like everyone has pointed out, the bookers talk and share info. I am a little torn here. I would agree and yet disagree. If his reviews are an indication of how he treats the girls then I am for BL, but if it is just a work of "fiction" then so be it. If his reviews are not legit then he has no credibility with me (if that matters to anyone, probably not) but hey, it is what it is.
For me the overall safety of the provider and eveyone involved is essential. If it means preventing "presumed" abuser from hurting the girls so be it.
