You are asking the wrong question

Unless you moved to Rhode Island or Nevada, where some form of prostition is legal, you are not going to find any "comfort" by reading the laws of a particular jurisdiction.

What you really want to be asking does not have an easily found answer:  What priority do the local police and prosecutors place on sex work offenses and what are the typical sentences imposed by the courts.

Visiting the misdemeanor arraignment courtrooms and talking with defense attorneys is the only way to find answers to those questions.

Nevertheless, FYI:  attorneys use research sites that require a fee because those databases can be searched.  Free sites, such as Find Law, have few search capabilities.

Does anyone know of a website where the different State laws on incall/outcall and other subjects of interest would be?  Need some help deciding whether it would be better to be in Baltimore or near DC (not in DC, tho) or somewhere else.  Help!
