I done studies on how to avoid prostitution charges when hiring escort.
1. Make up a receipt. On the receipt, it should state that money is accepted and exchanges for time and companionship.
2. No discussion of trading money for sex.

Also on my YouTube Channel there is a video called "Independent Escort Guide to Beat Prostitution Sting."

this is a myth that this system works, it does not because it is not credible and has been thrown out of court mThank any times; I wish you were correct because it sounds logical but it has not held up in court. Thanks for trying to be helpful but the reason TER wants an attorney moderator is to correct misinformation, nothing personal....

This also falls under the same myth, if U ask a potential client if he is LE and they have to respond.
with the truth,

I couldn't watch your YouTube video, but I sure hope that isn't a sample of the advice you're giving people.

The only way your strategy would work is if the cops were laughing so hard when you pulled out your receipt, that they pissed their pants and you escaped while they were cleaning themselves up.

I've personally seen cops lie under oath on two occasions just to get minor convictions- and I'm not an attorney.  I can only imagine what they'd be willing to do if the stakes were higher.

A lot of things aren't as they seem.  That's why you go to law school, medical school, or get an engineering degree.

wanted me to write happy birthday on the envelope. I asked her if there was a reason for this and she said in case she was busted she could say the envelopes were birthday gifts.
When I asked her if it was her birthday, she said "no, of course not" I almost couldn't contain myself.
Those "disclaimers" are not worth shit.

If you have someone write that on the envolope i guess it would look better. At the point in time that you are in a sting it really wont matter because your not going to get the envolope ,its about screening before you get to the sting and most girls that get busted dont screen the police that call them.

Any value that a disclaimer may have is in avoiding a solicitation charge just for advertizing (may or may not hold up depending on local laws).  Honestly, that is generally not a concern because cops don't bust for advertizing, as a general observation.  (They'd have to prove who posted the ad as well as an offer of sexual services for payment.)
The disclaimer is null & void, superceded when one does actually make the offer or perform the illegal act.  In most stings, LEO is one of the parties in the room...  the other person in the room says or does something illegal & the bust goes down.  From a Law Enforcement standpoint it's a much simpler bust with minimum research and manpower required...

A disclaimer might have some value but offers no protection if a act is committed that illegal...  as pay4play is in most of the US.

Solicitation is far easier to prove than prostitution.

In Phoenix we have long time issue of LE arresting escorts because words on website is deemed solicitation.

One case went to a jury a few years ago and convicted because GFE stated on website. Jury convinced that meant sex and was guilty.

Many more busts including recently for solicitation in ads with no other contact with LE. But the mandatory minimum prison time on first offense of Arizona law is the same whether its for solicitation of prostitution or actual prostitution.

Police doing stakeouts or watching incalls have pictures of gals and ads in their squads to ID escorts.

We continue to have a very bad situation in Phoenix with going after in private consenting adult sexuality - legal in almost all the world except the U.S.

It can't be repeated enough. say nothing. I (even though I'm a newbie at the hobby) will not even answer the question "what do you like to do". I'm there for business and so is the provider. There is NOTHING that needs to be discussed.

That said, yes, cops lie all the time. Assuming it actually goes to trial, I wouldn't know which a jury would despise more, a cop or someone who's busted for soliciting.

The best thing, which cannot be repeated enough, is to have the only evidence against you be your silence.

A receipt would be just as damaging against you. It would mean you have successfully completed a transaction.

IMHO, after experiencing the hobby, I'm surprised it's still illegal. Marijuana actually makes it to the ballot in California last year, yet the oldest profession is still taboo. baffled.

I've become friends with a few ladies. One, I paid for her room when she visited my city. A few others, I had their bank account numbers, and I would deposite funds before I arrived. It also helped that I knew their real names.

If we were ever busted, there is no cash they can use as evidence, and we could claim to be having an affair.

but it is harder for LE to figure it out and trace a bank deposit. If the lady has $300 on her when she is busted, then that makes easy evidence. It is not worth LE's time to get a search warrant to get her bank records, and then get another search warrant to get bank video to see who made the deposit.

Now, if they are making a huge case against her, all bets are off. But the odds of that are slim and nil.
