genitles, all states have you covered.  That's pretty much a no-no.

On the other hand, if you just want to touch a woman's foot, and maybe even kiss it and suck her toes, I would hope that would be constitutionally protected activity, but who knows?

A cop can always bust you for whatever he thinks is immoral and/or perverted activities and once that happens, you're pretty much going to have a bad day even if a judge later tosses it out.

(still not a lawyer, but still very much a foot lover)

sorry I don't know that  specific nomenclature , hence,
LE in CA  told me dancing, foot massage,back massage,any type of massage etc.. were all prostitution..as ..I asked how saying "NO" could get one arrested?
