I'm not generally all that paranoid about LE stings on CL. They are a much smaller problem than the blatant poor service that most CL girls offer. That being said, you DO realize that the lady answering the door does not have to be a cop in order for it to be a sting.
If I see an AD on CL or the back page and it shows nude explicit photos, and I meet the person and its the same from the ad, can that be a cop, would they go that far? I understand ad with no pictures, or even scantily clad, but spread open?

"the lady answering the door does not have to be a cop in order for it to be a sting"
Exactly. While you can maybe do a couple things to see if the lady you're lookin at is LE - like her getting naked or some mutual touching - these things don't help much when she's a Provider who has been busted, and is helping LE sting clients so they go easy on her.
in all these situations. The whole thing is just so wrong. I've heard of providers doing that, but I can't imagine anyone actually doing it if they intend to remain in the biz. Maybe a girl facing a big time felony drug charge or something.
But in most places solicitation is a misdemeanor and hardly worth getting riled up over. Plus I think there is just a huge potential for dismissal on most of those kind of cases.
I guess that's why they are constantly bombarding us with shows on TV like the prison shows, cops, catch a predator, etc - since everyone in the country who steps outside their house is going to go to jail sooner or later for some trumped up BS charge that most other countries would laugh at.
I propose a solution. Alone together, within the first couple minutes, before much else can be said & before any $ mentioned or presented. She allows her pussy to be touched; you expose your manhood. Takes the pseudo-romance out, but clears the legal air. Who'd object? Where would it fail?
Sure it's not foolproof, but how many female police officers would let you touch their genitalia? NONE. And a legit provider--well it would ruin the mood for a few minutes, but none of the parties are angels that ought to be so easily offended by something that in the end protects them. I think it's a good idea. Ladies?
What about those ads where the lady says the donations are for her companionship and time. If anything else happens it is between consensual adults. Does that violate the law? Also....in some situations services are never discussed, just money is exchanged and then sex. No soliciting done...is that illegal also?
It is anything they want to make it be. The situations above won't protect anyone. The idea is not just to obtain convictions but to make life so miserable for clients and providers that they either stop or go somewhere else. One Florida county lured providers in from a neighboring county & busted them just to get the word out to stay out of their county. They want those headlines that read, "10 arrested in xx city prostitution crackdown."
