Does any one know a good hosting service for my website in the netherlands or somewhere this is legal?
Also a good email provider where this is legal outside the U.S. Apparently its pretty easy to get a warrant to some one's email account

The legal issue would probably be best answered by someone in international law.

I do know that when online gambling was outlawed, Costa Rica became the haven for those servers and companies.

You would have to be running a pretty large operation to get noticed, IMHO.
