I know it's safest to find a provider with many TER reviews, but do any of the following indicate whether a date is more or less likely to result in arrest or scam?
--provider is not reviewed or seldom reviewed but has a long history of posting on Cityvibe
--provider offers incall only, outcall only, or both
--provider advertises availability during certain hours, like all night
--non-nude pics are posted even on a site that has no prohibition on nude pics
--provider will only communicate by email

Many legitimate providers will do all or any of those things.

Without a review history, or a rock solid reference from someone you know, you can't tell if this is LE or not.

The odds favor you in that the vast majority of people advertising on various sites are not LE.  whether or not they are good providers or not, or even ROBs, is another matter.

Stick to the well reviewed gals if you want to avoid unpleasant experiences.
