Mostly because of this LE stuff I have now concentrated all my hobbying activity to Rhode island. Only 3o minutes from my Mass residence that little drive sure takes the nervous edge off. It case some are unaware the hobby is essentially decriminalized in RI as anything that goes on behind closed doors is not actionable by police. Makes for a much more relaxed experience. now if we could just get more providers to the area.

I have thought of visiting RI.

If it is unlawful to solicit in your state then that means you can not do so even if the date is in hobby-friendly RI.

In truth, as long as you don't see unreviewed gals, the chances of running into LE are almost zero.  I've hobbied for over 35 years probably close to 500 times and I have not had the slightest brush with the law.

More to be concerned with are rip-offs and health issues, but thankfully I've never had any real serious issues there either.

Either way, if sending your business to little Rhody makes you feel safer, then more power to you.

Thanks. Technically, of course, you are correct. Techincaly. i am not a lawyer but spent 2 years in law school with a concentration on criminal law. One of the 1st things they teach you is that there are 2 kinds of laws: De Jure law and De Factoo law. De Jure means that the law is on the books but for any number of reasons is not enforced. Best example of this iare so called "Blue Laws" In the state of Massachusetts, for instance, up until fairly recently it was against the law to kiss in public on a Sunday. Technically illegal but impossible and impractical to enforce. De Facto laws are all other laws where LE makes an effort to enforce.
  So while calling from your cell phone in NH to a provider in RI is a DeJure breach of the law it is really unenforcible especially at this time and let me tell you why.
  In order for NH police to execute this case they would 1st need cell phone records and they would need probable cause from a judge to get access. Even if this were to occur (highly un likely) they then have to have proof that the offence actually occured. They would need explicit language asking for sexual favors and also a price discussed (another reason never to discuss price on the phone or in email form) without this the only way to prove would be with a sting. That means they would have to send at least 2 officers 250 miles roundtrip to RI and set up a sting. This would also require ok by RI LE. If they were to go to this great expense and use of manpoert how do you think this would play with a tax weary public. The cost of 2 officers use of a state vehicle and cost of receiving court authority to listen in on calls all for the chance to bust a $130 sexual transaction and then maybe the client does not even show!!!
  Talk about egg on your face. A highly unlikely scenario.

At the moment, there are like no high-end girls here, just craigslist. I guess most gents would rather risk getting busted in MA, then take a half an hour drive south and stay legal.

Hopefully this will change soon with all the stings, but for now still gotta go to Boston or NY and risk getting busted just to get a date with a model.

There are no high end girls in RI because there is no money in RI. If you pay any attention at all to the reality of the hobby you know that high end girls don't worry about stings because they screen their clients, only see guys who they can verify, don't work out of cheap-ass motels for a week at a time and basically don't draw attention to themselves.

The guys who see these women and follow the same precautions know that there is very little chance of getting into trouble.

In the sequel, we made it into dog food, killed the dog, ate the dog, flushed the dog's processed remains down the toilet, fed the grass that grew above the septic tank to a horse, then beat THAT horse to death, killed it, turned it into a horse zombie, beat it, transplanted its brain into the body of the first horse, beat it, then killed it again and made it into glue.

I really am not trying to be argumentative but I think some of you guys should try RI. I have been seeing providers in Boston and paying th big fees and dealing with the hassle of going into Boston ect, I am not putting down the girls as many were beautiful and excellent providers. However I have been recently heading to RI and have found some nice providers there. One girl in particular, was exceptional. With the exception of my ATF Sundrie, she was as good or better than any of the girls in Boston and for $150 per hour. Ok the hotel was a little sleazy but I don't need the Ritz for a 1 hour appointment. Girl was ok for anything BBBJ and covered greek if you wanted. All I'm saying is t here are good providers to be found in RI with no fear of LT

Especially last year when the election was on and the cops where hard (no pun intended) in boston area (ie waltham and worchester areas especially) and the spitzer crap really did not help matters. the first trip I took I stayed in newport for two days and two days in proidence ri. I thought the first two days in newport I would do sight seeing and no one would be interested in seeing me in newport in july! WRONG I had people come as far as vermont and new hampshire (4 hour drive) I came back now and plan on it. Many girls coplain they will get calls asking for 100 calls, this happens other places but more so here. but most will pay the price you charge because they dont want the cheap girls. I cant wait to get back!!!
