The Question really is...

I recently started arranging to meet a well-reviewed (TER & date-check)provider via email. In her first reply, she included incall & outcall prices for the requested amount of time.  This made me very nervous, and I postponed the meet about 2 days in advance.  She's asking me to set a reschedule date, but I'm reluctant due to that first email.  What do you all think?  Am I being to cautious of a well-reviewed provider?

I've had a couple of providers  mention prices in email, so I'm not going to get wrapped around the axle over that. The only thing I get nervous about is talking about money and services over the phone.  I had two ladies talk about their fees during my initial phone calls to them, but I didn't have a problem with either session. If you get nervous about that, just talk to her and make your feelings known. But that's just my take on it.

Naming rates is not the same thing as telling you what acts she will perform during the date.  It is not against the law to pay a woman for her time.

I am not a lawyer so I don't know the lagal niceties, but you need to know prices.  These are for the lady's time.  She would be foolish to link money with acts.

Is an email admissable in court?  Its not like our home computers and AOL/Yahoo/Hotmail/whatever accounts are secure.  While it might be very reasonable to assume someone sent an email if it came from their accout, is it a legal certainty?  I don't think so.

Having said all that, do misdemeanor cases ever hinge on such technicalities anyway?  I doubt it.

Also I doubt that the cops are spending that much effort making soliciting busts - unless you are Eliot Spitzer and laundering money etc.

Not unusual to quote a price for a 1 hour date. Just don't go into any details about what will happen on the date.
