I'm not a 'legal mind,' but it seems fairly straight-forward. Why are you concerned? Are you new to the hobby? I'm not going to say there's no chance she is not legit, but I don't see much cause for concern here.
What was the source of the complaints in the less-than-positive reviews? Have you checked the history of the reviewers? ie, have they reviewed a reasonable number of other providers?
Finally, why on earth did you bring up cash? Aren't her rates listed on either her website or on her reviews?
For the legal minds.... I am planning to visit a provider in the next month. We have exchanged emails and have detailed no explicit actions. I inquired about outcall and she will only do with a verifications service. I replied that I was not interested in giving my private info, so we would do an incall. She said she felt more comfrtable with it being at her place. I did mention the cash that I am willing to spend in her city for "entertainment", to be specific, entertainment is exactly how I phrased it. She has apx 8 reviews dating back to 2004 on TER, most rated 7 or better, but not all. I asked if she she could bring a friend to join us and she said that was doable, mentioned no charge, donation, etc.. What are the chances that this could be less than a legit provider?
