I am a new provider. I have a few websitesbut they are really works in progress. I normally adverstise in the newspaper. But this guy called and wanted to see me, but I already had a customer in route. I do incall only. so he calls back and my number is busy for an hour. He calls back a 3rd time and I give him directions to the main road and inform him that I can not disclose my location until he gets to the main road which is a really busy street like a Main street or High Street. So calls back and I give him the rest of the instructions once he gets there he comes in sets his coat down and never touches me. He sits down and says he wants to talk first. He asks me if I had any porn and if I had massage lotion or condoms. I reply I have massage lotions and porn. Then he say " You charge ... for the 1/2 hour and ....for the hour is that correct I say yes. Then he says " I want you to give me a massage and have sex with me until I cum. Then I want to watch some porn and have you give me a hand job is that alright?" so I got up and informed him that he had to leave. As we walked down the steps he asked why so informed him that that was illegal and that he could be the police. What do the rest of ya'll think?? Was that the police?? and how do I screen callers??

if he were, you'd end up being busted no matter.

The time to find out if during the screening process which, apparently, you don't do.

Screening is the first and really only line of defense you have to avoid meeting LE.

(still not a lawyer)

i think that you were probably being set up. just remember it is not illegal to escort only to sell services for money. so you did the right thing. i screen all my clients over the phone first.. use your gut instinct you will know what to do

They cannot convict you without a agreement of sex or massage for money. In some cities they arrest you when you show up or answer the door because so many are stupid and plead guilty when there's no evidence.
You did the right thing.
You can screen all day long but never discuss or agree to any kind of solicitation. Get an attorney . Contact an escort agency or strip club and get some names of lawyers who represent entertainers successfully. I contact an attorney for any city I consider working in.
Also call around and ask the attorneys what your rights are and if they have direct experience with recent busts. I ask them do they know what kind of busts are going on locally.
The attorney should be able to tell you if LE will commit certain acts and then bust or  if LE is not allowed to disrobe . You also need to know if you have the right to say touch, rub, or body rub without a license.
I still do not know how to screen so I hope Stacy will help me too.

Regardless of whether he was LE or not, I think you are better off for not seeing him. If I were in his shoes, I would have just started the session, and tell you what I wanted as the session progressed. It is not like he was asking for anything really odd. If I'm paying for the hour, and want to spend some time watching porn with the lady, I don't think she is going to object.

Maybe he just wanted to know if MSOG was available. Dumb way to ask. Better learn how to screen for dummies too.

Thank you all for your advice. I am new to this like 3 weeks new. I do not know how to screen or anything. I just post an ad in the paper or on the net and do not talk about anything illegal at all. I don't initiate anything until they do and if they do not give me my donation upfront I wait until the the very last minute after all the foreplay and then ask for it. So any help is greatly appreciated

MSOG was a new one on me, so I Googled it. I'm sure the first possibility IS the right one (!) but I sure got an education. . .

Hi Nikki...happy holidays....let's review a few things...first law enforcement (LE) will not work alone...they always work in tandem (2 or 3) if it is a sting....you should be screening prior to letting him in...get him into a conversation...NEVER TALK PRICE OR WHAT HE WILL GET ON THE PHONE....ask him where he got information...if it is an ad or a website, then it is self-explanatory and he shouldn't be asking...if he comes into your door, invite him to sit down and lock the door...LE WILL NOT LIKE DOOR BEING LOCKED (standard police procedure)..if you have a security apartment, you have nothing to worry about...LE STINGS USUALLY TAKE PLACE AT HOTELS WHERE THE PROVIDER DOES THE OUTCALL....it is very rare to have someone busted in her home because LE will NEVER work alone....this guy probably wasn't LE but he sounds so absurdly assertive that you were right in handling it the way you did, and IMHO, you handled it well....please e-mail me private mail if you have other specific questions...if you have questions for the general community, I will be happy to answer them....levendi
