Anyone familiar with using "litmus tests" to check if someone is LE that are still legal? I know in many states this is tough as there are places where even a clothed lapdance is illegal, but thankfully I live in possibly the laxest state on regulating fun besides Rhode Island and Nevada. Nude mutual massage, masturbation, and even breast and ass fondling are all legal. No cop is going to get naked and masturbate in front of you, or let you fondle her breasts while you start to jerk it. How about waiting until after a massage to discuss anything illegal as well? The number of female cops who are willing to feel up random men while totally naked that are also trained or experienced in massage is no doubt quite low.

I am envious of you for having such freedoms.

Do not however, be lulled into a false sense of security by thinking that you can tell who is LE by what they may or may not do.

It is just this misconception that LE uses to ensnare people.

The rule is that LE can pretty much do what ever it feels it has to in order to make a bust.  Also, LE is not worried about losing a case in court if a jury feels that LE went overboard.  They understand that making arrests is a great deterrant (or they think it is), and will make arrests as they see fit.

Don't rely on these litmus tests to tell who is and isn't LE.  Instead develop good screening methods are rely on those instead.

Based on my reading of Minnesota law, it's illegal if you pay someone to touch their genitals or have them touch yours in any way. Anything else is fair game. I was surprised to learn there are states where paying a girl to masturbate in front of you is considered prostitution since there's a prominent and visible business in the Minneapolis warehouse district where you can do just that.

I think there is a double standard...  Male LEOs will do anything including fully having sex in some jurisdictions...
I really do not think Female LEOs will allow herself to be exposed...
It would be very near impossible to stop the action & walk out if you are in the room with LE.  The best way to avoid being there in the first place is to use well reviewed providers.

I think a motivated female LEO decoy might let an unsuspecting john squeeze her clothed breast, or her ass. I doubt she would expose anything, or allow a john to touch her clothed pussy either.

Female officers are not going to be working 'undercover' in strip clubs or massage parlors.  That stuff only happens on TV.  It compromises the officer's integrity and exposes them to many risks that are unacceptable and simply takes too much time and effort to do what?  Generate ONE soliciting bust, because her cover is blown as soon as she does.

I've always maintained that female vice posing as a provider will not leave the safety of a public area to go to your room.  Its nearly impossible for their back-up to stay available and they are not going to go into a hotel room alone to try and make a misdemeanor bust.

I've believe the safest way to have 'outcall' is to set up the date via email or telephone with ZERO discussion of money or services, simply 'I saw your www site, I'd like an appointment.'  Meet in the hotel bar, adjourn to your room, again zero discussion of money/services.  If she tries to bring the subject up in the public area, leave her immediately saying 'sorry, there is a misunderstanding.  I'm not interested in anything illegal.'  The vice officer would need to 'seal the deal' in public where here back up is ready to assist with the arrest.

"Get naked and grab my cock so I can tell you are not a cop" lol or "take off your clothes and jack off so I know you are not LE"

I don't know if these are the stupidest ideas ever opined here, but they have to at least be in the top ten dumbest ideas. lol

It seems like this is where hobbyists have an unfair advantage.  If a male undercover LE has sex with a provider, he could still bust her in the end.  On the other hand, a female LE will never have sex with a hobbyist, especially considering the fact that most of them aren't hot studs.  So if sex took place, the hobbyist is almost guaranteed that this is the real deal (unless the provider is working for LE, and even then, LE typically busts people before sex happens).  The provider, on the other hand, doesn't always have that security, due to perverted cops who want to get laid on the job.  Of course, if one party suspects that the other is LE, their victim in this case could direct the session in a way where both of them just sit there with their clothes on.  Then, technically, it would all be legal (after proving it during the trial and stuff, that is).

I guess this is one of the few situations where women being selective about their non-paying sex partners works in a man's favor.  Hence, the unfair advantage.  Sorry to be blunt about it, but that's how it seems.

Every state applies the law differently.  In California it is a felony for an on-duty police officer to have sex in the performance of his duty.  If for example a police officer stops a driver for a traffic violation and she agrees to meet him when he is off duty in lieu of a citation and they have sex it is rape.  If a police officer touches another person inappropriately on the breasts, butt or pussy whether clothed not it is sexual battery.

There was a case in Oxnard, CA about two years ago where a vice cop fondled the breasts of a female he arrested for prostitution.  The incident was captured on a video camera that was set up by the police department. The cop knew about the camera but felt her up anyway. The officer was fired and was sentenced to one year in the county jail plus a rather large fine on a plea bargain. If he had risked a jury trial and was found guilty he could have been sent to prison for up to five years.

I can't imagine someone risking a six figure salary and the chance of going to jail plus a hefty fine for a cheap feel but stranger things have happened.

Yes it is legal.
It does require an adult entertainment lisc/Permit.
Which I know they do not have.
Also has to be approved by zoning ..
zoning approval need to be 500 feet away from all residentual schools churches etc blah  blah :)

They are a  very tacky unclassy place if you ask me.
None of my regular client have anything good to say about them. They did get busted so that is why they changed their name... The owner and many of the girls are meth heads...

Also FYI their are cameras in ever room the owner watches the tapes and also sells it.. so Beware if you choose to try them out. I know  I worked their for a  whole 2 months   as an admin asst not a massage /fetish worker

That does make alot of sense..but I'd love to see the trial where the male police officer under oath says he was paid to have sex with the "escort", in essence, prostituting himself and thereby incriminating himself as well.

I used to watch that show Cops, and I saw an episode where the were undercovers in a lemo acting as rockstars, had her get in, let her get naked, on hidden camera, and then busted her. Another was an expensive hotel room, called her there for threesome with wife and him, they flirted with her, let her get naked, again on hidden camera, and then busted her. When someone is arrested they loose all rihgts, including the right to say "I do not want to be shown on national tv as a naked hooker". And the last one that stands out from that episode was a rented van, a man in a clown suit, threw confetti at her, made a balloon animal, and then busted her after she made agreement. They go so far to make these busts, should'nt that money be spent better on helping child abuse, identity theft, or other huge issues we have growing here in the US.
I think it is wrong, they must be doing it for ratings, to profit of a hooker trying to turn tricks, letting her get completely naked, befoer busting her, they could of when she took the money and agreed to sex, but they wait just long enough to get some good shots for that weeks episode.

I think a good atty would be able to get the case thrown out but it would cost the provider several thousand dollars.  LE hope providers just plead guilty to a "minor" offense and don't dole out the cash, in my opinion.  And most probably do just that.
