What are the red flags I should look for to assure that a provider is not LE or working with LE?

Is there anything she can expressly do to assure me that she is not LE or working with LE?

1.  Reviews!
2.  Ensure the woman you meet is the woman in the pics in the reviews.  If it isn't, walk away - NOW.  
3.  NEVER mention money.  "I saw your ad and I'd like to spend an hour with you."
4.  IF she starts asking what you want and how much you are wanting to spend, hang up.  Find another provider.
5.  NEVER mention money.  Leave the envelope as mentioned in her ad or whatever.
6.  Outcall to a hotel room and meet in the lobby or bar.  LE is highly unlikely to let a female officer go up to the room alone or even enter a room alone.  
Just a few techniques.  I'm sure more to follow.

Not the little one. Once you get a little experience in the hobby, you will start to develop a gut feeling for things. Most hobbyists will tell you to go with your gut. Also TGTBT (to good to be true)is a good phrase to remember. Good luck.

out there that are great and have no reviews.
I agree about photos, Bait & Switch, walk if not the person in photos.
It is not illegal to ask for rates over the phone. there is a lot of grey area there???
The envelope does not mean squat, it could be monoply money in that envelope and once U have put the pkg on the table, the exchnge is there.
They can arrest U in the bar and yes that lady will go to the room with U. LE can do anything
they want, I can assure U!! U will not be in the room with her for long before U have company.
the myths about what LE can do & what they cannot do is a mile long in the end guess who the judge is going to believe.

If she inquires as to what you want, respond that you'd simply like to take some photos of her nude.  That is legal.  LE won't want to waste their time on you and a female undercover is unlikely to disrobe under any circumstances.  The crime is the agreement to exchange money for sexual acts.

I once acquired an internal memo from a certain LEAgency. They were authorized to do ANYTHING THAT WAS NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN THEIR COVER EXCEPT PENETRATE.

I like the suggestion that you bring with you a different amount than suggested or agreed upon. I suppose it would be best to bring more.

A friend was busted, they sited that he brought the agreed upon sum with him.

Reviews is #1 or you could try DateCheck. I also agree with the other posters. Just as they do to providers, LE are going to try to get you to talk about the exchange, ie. what sex acts are going to take place and for how much. A smart provider wouldn't want to discuss this with you anyway.

There was a show on MSNBC just this Sunday on Vice and prostitution.
1)Most be an agreed amount of money 2)the amount most be for a specific sex act.
3) Agree to meet in a specific location: hotel room, house etc.

Vice/LE, I think is not aloud to touch you, so if a provider give you a kiss, you now she is not a vice/LE.
If you touch her body, and she doesn't walk away, she is not a vice/LE.
If she ask you to touch any part of her body, she most likely is not a provider.
This is in CA, I do not know other states.

True Story:

An aquaintance of mine did outcall at a house (not an apartment or hotel) had sex (PENETRATION)with the supposed client for 5 minutes and then was busted. She went to jail and her brother had to bail her out (and wanted to beat the "clients" ass for what he did). Don't know what happened to her after that because we lost contact. I don't think she provides anymore because her ads and website are now nonexistent.

Let's not forget that they can totally fabricate a police report and lie in court without having to take the oath (my own experience as well as many others I'm sure)

Since the shoe is kind of on the other foot for me since I am a provider and not a hobbyist, maybe it is a bit different for you. But the fact is that they will do whatever the hell they want. Maybe there are officers that won't go that far, but there are obviously still some that will.
