Everyone should read the MN board about the new developments in MN.....LE never did have the site in question.......A very good read and also a very good reminder to STFU.....We do have rights....

I think some skepticism is warranted concerning the recent postings on the MN board. If the newspaper reports are correct (and of course they may wrong), the lady running the site was released on $6k bail. If true, that means she must have been charged with some crime.If so, she may be trying to make a deal. Could the whole free speech new site be a charade, one simply coerced by LE to encourage folks to let their guard down?

Hard to say. No verifiable source can confirm whether this new site, and the assertion that "there was no federal warrant, no database or computer was seized" actually came from this lady in question.

I'll wait and see.

This is not in my location...  I'm sure I'd feel different if it was...  but I'm willing to believe the lady.  The several threads made for very interesting reading, BTW.

What would be very interesting would be to know HOW she kept LE from siezing her server.  OK, so my curiosity is a lousy reason to post sensitive information on a public board.
