I am going to be in Washington DC. Anyone know the level of enforcement activity there?  On the one hand, I am worried that, because it is the Capitol, there will be a higher degree of vigilance. On the other hand, it has one of the highest homicide rates in the country, so maybe LE has other things to worry about.

You should scan the DC board for some info and post there as well.  Here's what I've noticed.

DC itself, as long as you stay away from streetwalkers, has almost no enforcement.  What can happen is what happens anywhere, agencies can get targeted and you can get caught up. This is a rare event.

Basically, see a well-reviewed lady and you don't have anything to worry about.  What generally happens is to a high volume lady or agency drawing attention to themselves.

BTW, homicide rates have dropped significantly in DC the last several years.  I think there are 4 cities with higher rates now.
