As you know we are allowed to talk about bbfs. The legal issues could be
1. STD infection lawsuit
2. paternity lawsuit

and
3. Rape allegations.  A provider could agree to so bbfs but then try to fuck over the guy by going to the police and crying rape. She goes to the hospital with rape kit and has the guys semen. The judge will rule on her side. She could get the guy in court for criminal and civil damages.

If you present emails and her ads as evidence that she was providing, I don't think any DA would go there.

Still and all, I wonder if anyone has ever been charged.

(still not a lawyer)

who can deny that the sensation of sexual intercourse without any barrier, i.e. condom, is wonderful; however of the above mentioned risks I would focus on the disease issues. One sexual connection, even as the penetrator/top ,  with an infective stage HIV victim will make you one too.  The risk of infection for a bottom is even greater.Although not a life threatening disease it still carries a stigma and the side effects of medication can be much too experience--it is still deadly for some and a life changer for all. Avoid the risk! As for paternity, that is always a risk but a far out one, like wise so is rape. If a provider is on record for offering bareback sez. the legal hurtles will be stiff, although they still are stiff for any provider who claims a valid rape. DNA has solved the paternity question for a provider looking for valid child support. Save your naked cock for your wife or girlfriend and good luck with that!

but claim she did not consent to BBFS.  Maybe.  Proving BBFS might be difficult.  Condom could slip or spill or break, claiming an accident as defense.  After the fact, how to prove?

Provider or not, there is some legal precedent for suits based on STDs...  no one would give consent to be infected with an STD.  STDs are the first issue.  Pregnancy is second.  Even the pill is not 100%.  Antibiotics reduce effectiveness of the pill.  A niece got P while on the pill...

Back in my youth (60s-70s)...  civie dating was all BB.  The first time I used a condom was 1995.

sad to say providers do get raped. In the old days when street walkers carried boom boxes instead of computers, I met several who complained of being anally raped and begging the rapist to wear a condom, which he did not and this was when HIV was considered the death sentence. Likewise many cases of rape of providers exist, and one might argue that when a providers offers intercourse in return for a fee and the client stiffs her literally as well as figuratively, that that is a rape as well. Have never heard of a vice officer getting charged for savoring the fruit under false premises, maybe it is about time. A little creative law is always fun to watch unfold...

No one, and I mean NO ONE, should be subjected to rape.  Even if a provider stiffed me, one kind of did once, I wouldn't wish something so horrible on her.  I'd want her to get arrested and face legal charges, but rape, no way!

Let suppose you see a provider and she says "no condom needed I have a female condom".  You say wow that is good I hear it feels a good as bare. The lady/provider tricks you and previously cut top end of the condom. You have fun, then a few months later your are a daddy.

As entertaining as I find your chickenlittle type posts where it comes to STD's, rape, BBFS, etc., these things already happen, but they happen so infrequently that they are statically irrelevant for the average hobbyist.

As much as I believe that allowing BBFS reviews is a HORRIBLE idea, BBFS in the hobbying world was going on well before TER and always will be.

And what stupid client is leaving his contact info with a provider, so that she can find him and sue him?

This board preaches time and again to use a burn phone when contacting a provider - have we forgotten that message? With a burn phone and BBFS, you can knock up all the providers you want, with no consequences.

That being said, I recommend a vasectomy for those interested in BBFS... At least it removes pregnancy from the list of possible problems with BB sex.

Women Screen, and if you are thinking of doing BBFS, you really are a dumb-ass.  Alot of "wealthy" clients have diseases because they can have ANYONE they want because of status or money. Not to mention drug abuse, and thinking they are invincible, seeing TS and Men.
Alot of STRAIGHT clients see men, or TS....whatever. Pregnancy is the least of worries today
