I've heard ladies shouldn't use the term GFE for legal reasons. I can understand PSE and other terms, but why GFE?

I don't know if it is a no-no, but the term is closely associated with escort sex and might be deemed as an admission of prostitution if you use that language to a vice cop....

that no matter what new term replaced it, that term would also become a problem in legal terms as well.

We will never solve the problem of LE by rearranging deck chairs.

Constant vigilance and discretion are and will always be the bywords for avoiding legal problems, at least until the day this hobby is legalized ever comes.

The problem is, the word "GFE" is now understood by the LE as the code for "pay for sex" -- illegal prostitution activities.

on ads or websites putting a price no matter how it is worded roses or cups of coffeee whatever it is best not to place a price on your site or ad you have a better chance at winning in court.
it is harder to prove it wasn't agift if its no on your site/ad.

yes it does cause more emails and more calls but if they can't be idfentified then don't give him a price...you will safer than saying the price is stated on my site.

I don't see how that makes sense. Eventually you've got to tell someone a price- be it via email, a phone call, or a website, it's going to come up at some point.

I have taken the position that I will never discuss rates via phone, email, in person or any form of communication. The rates listed in my ads, and website are only for my time. A person could ask over the phone and quickly throw in a sexual act in the sentence.

To me, no rates listed in the ad could put you in a bad position when you do have to ask.

my only problem with gfe is some consider it to mean no condoms and some consider it to mean affectionate. I hate it when they ask. and hey there mrfsher
