For Monica, Amanda, Michelle, Taeru, Adrina, Danielle, Shellby, Samer and Amber sentencing continued on 11/15 to 1/5/2017. There have been a long series of continuances which may indicate they have testimonial agreements against Studio owner whose case continues. Sentencing as in the Temple case may keep getting continued until any trial for owner William.
For Serena, Erica and Tammie discharged from probation of 18 months since pled and sentenced long ago.

Hanna P
Arrested for murder of maybe a client. Some have reported use to work for Phx Fantasy and was known escort. She shot 31 year old male on 21st floor of the Summit Copper Square complex according to abc15 news May 2, 2016. It appears she called 911 and claimed it was self defense.
There are no further court records other than the initial search warrant of the apt and her car.
I am deleting her from my court felony case monitoring and assume the police accepted that it was self defense and no charges were filed.

Cara requests State arrange for a witness to be interviewed by defense counsel. State objects. Request denied.
Cara requests disclosure from cell phone record. State indicates the cell phone extract will be disclosed no later than next week.
Cara advised on current plea offer by the State and the range of sentences if found guilty at trial.
Alexandria given plea offer and range of sentences.
11/29 Conference before Judge McCoy
Dave attended. Judge McCoy is very laid back, soft spoken but seems fair and explained details to each defendant with time to ask any questions etc.
Alexandria- pled to a Class 4 felony designated which means it cannot be later reduced to a misdemeanor. She will be sentenced on 1/10/2017. As the judge pointed out to her, under mandatory sentencing, the guideline is 1 year in prison, with the minimum 6 months and $500 fine. It is up to the judge. She will probably get 6-12 months or probation depending on what the pre-sentence report shows. But she will be a felon for life. Has a job in California and judge granted permission to travel as long as back for sentencing.
Kimberly - Working on plea, continue to 1/10/2017 with trial in early March
Cara - Morton to dismiss denied. Rejects plea offer. Continued to 1/10
