if you found out that a girl you've reviewed on TER has been busted, would you recommend terminating the account? If yes, would you start a new account with new handle; of course the reviews would no longer exist.

I understand your motivation but two points about why your idea would probably fail:

1.  The record is there for all of time if the supoena is issued, regardless of whether you deleted an account.

2.  TER considers a review valuable property and once posted, it takes a pretty strong and convincing case to persuade them to delete a clients review.

...is not legally significant.  It is not a sworn statement, therefore, not admissable in court.  And all you would have to say to difuse the situation would be 'oh yeah, I like writing fantasy reviews about those girls on TER. ME? Actually DO something with one?  HEAVENS NO!'
Anything appearing on TER or most of the WWW is worse than hearsay...

It may not be enough for a conviction but along with other evidence it could be used as evidence in court.

I don't know where you get the "sworn statement" idea.  It's a written statement of your activities.
If they can connect it with proof you actually saw the lady in the review, it could be enough to convict.

Evidence that cannot be firmly linked to an individual (ever hear of a 'chain of evidence') never sees the inside of a courtroom.  Crap written on TER can neither be linked to any specific individual (individual, not computer) nor is there any proof that it actually happened.  

Further, how much trouble do you think a prosecutor is going to go through to try and make a misdemeanor case of soliciting?
