I don't know where you get the "sworn statement" idea. It's a written statement of your activities. If they can connect it with proof you actually saw the lady in the review, it could be enough to convict.

And all you would have to say to difuse the situation would be 'oh yeah, I like writing fantasy reviews about those girls on TER. ME? Actually DO something with one? HEAVENS NO!' Anything appearing on TER or most of the WWW is worse than hearsay...

Evidence that cannot be firmly linked to an individual (ever hear of a 'chain of evidence') never sees the inside of a courtroom. Crap written on TER can neither be linked to any specific individual (individual, not computer) nor is there any proof that it actually happened.
Further, how much trouble do you think a prosecutor is going to go through to try and make a misdemeanor case of soliciting?
