But I doubt you will find any legitimate provider that will send you nude pictures via email.

I know its useless to ask a girl if she is le cause she can say yes. but with the online stuff is it true  le cant send nude pictures.

But I doubt you will find any legitimate provider that will send you nude pictures via email.

I have have seen several that post pictures on there website nude with face and send them nude. I am asking because a girl asked me and said I wasn't sure so I asked on here.

Assuming you did ask for pictures and the 'provider' sent you some that were anywhere from R to XXX AND when you showed up the povider was one and the same woman in the pics, then it is NOT LE.

There is no way a female officer is going to risk sexual pictures of herself showing up in court or getting posted on the WWW OR being published in the local newspaper - hell that would go national news 'cop uses hot pictures of herself to bust Johns'   It would be a circus and a career ender for her and a huge embarrassment for the department.

One of the cardinal rules is that if the provider is not the woman in the pictures, run do not walk to the nearest exit.

...up you're busted, even if it's not the girl in the pics.  Whether you're convicted is irrelevant, you'll still have an embarrassing arrest on your record.

Yeah, what he said. It's pretty hard to explain an arrest for trying to rent a girl.....or whatever your rental of choice....to a future employer, even if there is no conviction. Not worth it.

All job applications ask if you've ever been CONVICTED, not arrested.

That being said, who wants to be arrested?

I haven't heard of it happening, but I see no reason that LE couldn't give it a shot.

(still not a lawyer)

They could distract you by sending a nude picture with sunglasses , wig, or blurred face...

I think Von's example is funny .. Can you imagine, but,
I would not be surprised these days.
You hear about these scandals & next thing you know they get a spread in a "Nudie Rag" for lots of $$$$$$

And just say you are interested in a nude photo shoot. I don't think a female LE agent will bare it all and then try to make a bust. on what ground? Nude photography is not against the law.

I know thought I remember reading or hearing somewhere they are not allowed to send nude pictures cause thats entrapment. Lol just can't remember where so I thought I would ask here

when you are accused of a crime, you are innocent until proven guilty.

now in order to claim you are a victim of entrapment, you are have to admit that yes, you are guilty of the crime but only because of whatever technique the police used that you believe was entrapment.

now you just won the case for the prosecution, you have CONFESSED your guilt and now the burden of proof has shifted to you to prove the cops are guilty of something.

even if you are a victim of entrapment, its not ever going to be a smart defense because it requires you to give up the "presumption of innocence".

A. It is an affirmative defense to a criminal charge that the person was entrapped. To claim entrapment, the person must admit by the person's testimony or other evidence the substantial elements of the offense charged.

B. A person who asserts an entrapment defense has the burden of proving the following by clear and convincing evidence:

1. The idea of committing the offense started with law enforcement officers or their agents rather than with the person.

2. The law enforcement officers or their agents urged and induced the person to commit the offense.

3. The person was not predisposed to commit the type of offense charged before the law enforcement officers or their agents urged and induced the person to commit the offense.

C. A person does not establish entrapment if the person was predisposed to commit the offense and the law enforcement officers or their agents merely provided the person with an opportunity to commit the offense. It is not entrapment for law enforcement officers or their agents merely to use a ruse or to conceal their identity. The conduct of law enforcement officers and their agents may be considered in determining if a person has proven entrapment.

Hey what you could do is show up in a pizza delivery uniform or a UPS etc... and then if they answer you can see. Maybe then if it is you justgo in and if not you should be able to walk away. Maybe even show up about an hour early.
