Seems LE is a thorn in everyone's foot.  As I read through this board, I'm noticing that providers are caught significantly more often than the hobbyist.  How often are you, the hobbyist, caught or questioned.  For those of you who have gone through this painful ordeal, what normally happens to you?

I have hobbied for over thiry-five years, and had about 1500 session with well over 200 gals in that time.

In all that time, I don't think I've come within a mile of LE, and until a few years ago when I joined TER and started getting wised up to the joys of screening, etc.; I never paid much attention to the issue.

That should tell you something.

I'm not arguing against being careful; in fact, just the opposite.  But to use a phobia about LE as a reason not to hobby just doesn't make much sense, statistically speaking.

And, I almost forgot to add:

in this country where it is illegal. I have been present during an incall raid once in that period of time.

I can't speak for what "normally" happens from personal experience, but I refused to say anything even remotely incrimating, and was ultimately let go after 15 minutes or so of empty threats from the officers.

Both are veteran hobbyist. Do your research make sure to stay with well reviewed TER providers and you should be able to hobby for years and not run into LE, unless you hang out in doughnut shops.

Never.  And it's been..shit, 20-something years.

We're moving targets.  Providers are sitting ducks so-to-speak, which likely explains why you see more of them complaining of encounters with LE than us.  Which I also don't understand, because I could totally be fucked out of making an arrest if I were a cop.  Guess that's why I'm not one :(

While I am a relative noob compared to mrfisher and others (3 and a half years), I have never had a problem with Uncle LEO.  I do my research, I see highly reviewed ladies.  If you are careful in your choice of ladies, LE is a minor concern.

Do your research, but if you stray, follow your gut, it is usually right if the situation just doesn't seem right.

... I think providers would be at risk more, being as we are more frequent at what we are doing... I've never been busted.  I got that special BS detector going... I was wrong one time years ago but thankfully the red flag popped up at the door, before I went in ("person" had cell opened when answering door) so I acted like I wanted to know if a friend was ready to go and acted confused... They really believed me and just slammed door on me (lol) ... SO I thought it was fishy and watched a distance away and relized that sure enough I was right.  And just a note to the wise, in that instance it was setup where said person (LE) could pass a thorough screening.

I've never had a problem in my very limited 3 years in the hobby but I see only well reviewed ladies and always keep an open mind the military helped me observe all locations well as to not fall into things like that. But my brother who also is in the hobby is not so lucky he tends to go with CL girls with no reviews and got questioned a few times lucky he is a good talker and Le let him go. So we are the polar opposites
