provider. I keep reading about LE stopping cars after they leave an appointment. I meet a provider once a week at the same hotel, we both arrive and leave at about the same time, I'm the only one she sees there, is that a bad risk?

But you can't totally discount the possibility.

It is possible that the hotel management notices you two going in and leaving at about the same time, and if this manager is of the prudish type and happens to know someone in LE, they might just drop a dime on you and lie in wait for you next time.

It is extremely rare, but it has happened.

I try to use different hotels just for that reason.

as long as you both have the good sense not to implicate yourself or each other you still have nothing to worry about.

Don't get spooked.  I don't think that's high risk.
I think that if someone does notice you both arriving / leaving that they'll assume that you are having an affair, not provider/client...  They might wink, but really doubt they'd drop the dime. They really don't know what goes on behind closed doors. Management is probably glad to get the room rent.  They're making good money off you.
I suspect the providers who do a bunch of incalls from a hotel are known to management...  (local address, room 3 days a week...  it's not rocket science).    Volunteering that information to LE will cut into their revenue.  If the cops come to them, they pretty much have to cooperate...  but this applies only to providers doing incalls there, not a single meeting like you.
Would switching hotels lower risk?  It might if you really thought your rendezvous were unnoticed.
On the other hand switching hotels, brings you in contact with more people who know your secret.

BTW, providers...  Do you use a different room each stay?

You can thank the internet streetwalkers, and their pimps, for the practice of LE setting-up outside of some suburban hotel and motel chains.  These short sighted idiots are advertising their availability every 20 minutes and posting what town they are in practically daring the local authorities to stop them.  They watch guys go in and come out and it doesn't take long to figure out what is going on.

I don't believe you have anything to worry about. I also meet a lady at the same motel a couple of times a month. I actually check in for the night, she comes for an out call and leaves after three or four hours. Neither of us has ever given it a second thought.

I WOULD however think twice about seeing any in call lady in a suburban low-end hotel or motel nowadays.  The act of walking into a hotel and walking out an hour later is not against the law...but who needs the hassle?

Keep it low key is rule #1.  As long as you don't create a nusiance, neither cops, motel owners/operators/employees, nor anyone else (except perhaps a spouse) cares what goes on in a paid for motel/hotel room.  Hobbyists, folks having affairs, does not matter to them.  Everyone has better things to do of higher priority.

The vast majority of bust are the result of complaints from neighbors, other motel customers, as a result of nuisance conduct.

If its "brazen" and seen as an afront to law enforcement, they will react - its not good to be brazen and openly flout it - e.g. explicit ads, posts.  Stay away from providers who openly advertise explicit acts - most of the experienced/prudent folks are very coy in their ads.

Actuslly I'm her only client that she sees at that location and day (or so she says). I arrive after she checks in and sends me her room number and then we leave within 10 minutes or so after the appointment. She doesn't advertise at all so I think from that perspective she is off the radar. She can be a little loud at times during our session so I should let her know to keep it down so neighbors don't complain and draw attention.

I agree.. Your actions here seem to be more of an 'affair' type.. Were you and your 'girlfriend' feel the most comfortable and safe to meet..

I am sure this happens quite a lot were affairs are concerned..

I agree with mrfisher, evethough I don't think they have any justification to arrest anyone.

However, no body likes to be hasseled by LE.  So, find another hotel.

Use different hotels when ever you can. However if it is a 3 or 4 star large hotel most things go unnoticed.

I only stay at high end establishments and always far away from home.

How could they possibly tell the difference from a guy just seeing his regular mistress and a guy seeing a pro?

They could not.

Unless you confess.

Have a great day and don't worry.
Also
Never let them see you sweat.

i think it should be fine, u both need to get your stories straight in case of the worst, a good one would be that u are having an affair thats why u both meet at the hotel..it would explain alot, hotel, sex, money, weekly visit...
hope this has helped..
