If you can get her real name, sometimes possible by backward look up her telephone, then for a small fee you can check if she has any priors (a good sign) and see how long she has been in area and if she has any googled info, like if you see her name listed as the star basket ball player in police woman's league then prob best not to visit. In some states you can check if her name is related to any court actions or legal documents. Also local papers if able to net access might give info. Assessor's office, if on line, can tell you if she owns her house or other properties.
