the evil state of california  reported a one count sol charge (that i was not guilty of to begin with) to both the national criminal data bank and the FBI,,thanks..they wasted no time..what makes me really mad is that i told the cop no they had no evidence ...i and thanks now my career is ruined

Penal Code section 1203.4 may help in certain situations, but it will not expunge an arrest. Check with liberalman.
