From what I hear from various providers, Chicago and Phoenix tend to be tough, along with the Tampa area of Florida.

Boston where I live seems a bit quiet right now, but that can change in an instant too.

Are there places where it is a lot safer, or more dangerous, to hobby as far as LE is concerned? I suppose I could ask that question more generally - something like where are the best providers, but that would not belong here, would it?

If it makes any difference, I am in Illinois, where it seems moderately risky, and about to get riskier. My real point here is to figure out when I am traveling how cautious or wild I can be. I guess the plan might be to only d out of town lobbying where the heat is low, but any information is appreciated.

and gotten very few responses. I'm told Illinois and Arizona are the worst places lately. I don't know what other places in the US might be OK other than certain counties in Nevada of course. I'm told Montreal is a good place to go, hot and reasonably priced ladies and supposedly it's damn near legal there, this is second-hand info however as I have never been. It's also a shorter flight from Chicago than Costa Rica or Amsterdam.

Madison, WI is a very liberal place, and after 6 yrs, have never had a problem. There's a bath house within 500 ft of our capital, if that says anything, lol. And there was just an article in one of our local papers, where the LE were quoted saying that what goes on behind closed doors between 2 consenting adults is none of our concern, they only worry about the very few streetwalkers that are on the south side. He said they have better things to do with their resources then sit in hotel rooms and call up girls, lol.

That is a great advice. One question though, how do you verify a lady? I am also from Phoenix and cannot bring myself to enjoy the hobby from fear of a bust.

There was a big push in Salt Lake County, Utah a few months ago. But it seems to slowed down to one or two busts a week now. Provo, Utah is always very aggressive towards the hobby. Anywhere in Utah there is always lots of busy-bodies willing to turn you in. Anywhere in Utah it is a bit risky to P4P.
