I need to subpoena the tape from the traffic stop and I can't afford a lawyer.

I can pay but would need to have a payment plan/work something out.

...doesn't pay well.  You can get a referral for those that specialize in traffic tickets from the local bar association.  You may get a criminal lawyer who specializes in drunk driving to take your case.

If you want to subpoena the dashboard tape, you can fill out a pre-printed form called 'Subpoena Duces Tecum and have a friend serve it on the authorized agent for service of process at the PD who issued the ticket.

maybe I should post on a website that i need traffic lawyer bro boner
but I think they get in big trouble if caught.
I should just go on a website and ask someone to pay my attorney fees.
Too bad CL has gone to shit.
Life was so easy for a hot, horney chick in those days.

the cars were driving 75-80 mph.
I was only used to driving 25-40 mph because in DC and Montgomery county the speeds are from 25-mph up to 40 mph.

I was almopst hit from behind several times so i decided to speed up and try to get out of that area.
Then my cell phone started ringing even though it had been off since I had been to the country out of range . As soon as I came into cell range my phone turned on automatically and rang continuously.
The ringing was giving me a piercing  headache and almost an anxiety attack.
When I reached to try to turn it off a trooper was just about to pull in front of me and I would have hit him. He had been on the shoulder.
I need to finish this later.
maybe someone will know if I should get a judge trial or a jury trial and how to find out my rights and a defense.
More later.

Twice I have beaten a rap on similar grounds.

Once I was arrested for unlawful assembly, but the complain had the address off by one digit.  The judge tossed it out.

Again, I went to traffic court on a charge of driving in the breakdown lane.  The registry cited the wrong section of law on my summons.  Again is was tossed out.

I may not be a lawyer, but I'm batting 100%.

Give it a shot, and let us know.

if you testify the way you write you have already lost the case, pay the fine and forget it. Sure a lawyer will defend you but it is going to cost 100 to 300 an hour plus plus plus so you are looking at a minimum of one grand. Use a lawyer for a DUI or criminal case, but if you can pay a fine do it. Or else just shut up and throw yourself on mercy of court and plead guilty, dress in a suit and tie or dress if you are a fem, look normal, and appologize, crying may sometime help.do not talk much, just keep crying and saying, "I'm sorry!"

My advice would be the following:
Ask for as many postponements as possible.  This increases the chances that the cop who issued the ticket will not appear (they have specified dates and date their tickets accordingly).  In the area of moving violations, it is law that the officer appear to give testimony if needed and be examined by you or your attorney.  If he is not there, this cannot happen (...I believe that to be Constitutional).
