California law enforcement agencies are utilizing invasive surveillance technologies like facial recognition software, warrantless digital data scraping & collection programs, and license plate capture/recognition cameras to create and archive biometric profiles of Californians without their consent or knowledge!

These are the key findings of the Erotic Service Provider Legal, Educational and Research Project (ESPLER) Inc. Project, which analyzed the tactics and methods used by County Sheriffs, District Attorneys, Probation & Police Departments to secure prostitution and loitering citations and /or arrests during the period of January 1, 2020, to February 28, 2022.
