We unfortunately have come across a problem client.
This person saw one of the ladies that works for our company. She immediately called after her appointment to tell us what a change in character this person had and what a psycho he turned out to be. (Seems that screening is only good for so much- but it cannot weed out psychological problems or no telling if someone is going to just snap)
She told us that he forcefully and without warning attempted to force his penis into her mouth. And when she tried to pull away from him,he threatened her. He said "if you dont do what I want OR give me my money back, I am going to ruin you and business for you. I will give you a bad review, and so will 5 of my buddies who have never even seen you before. Watch what happens"
Well we had our driver go to try to confront him but he didnt get anywhere.
So we told them to leave there right away.That this wasnt worth either of them compromising their safety.
And then in the days to follow, we have had large amounts of harassment from this customer and his "buddies". We immediately put a call into the company attorney. Either him or his friend called our business, impersonating the police and saying she was going to be brought up on several charges and she was going to be in big trouble.Our lawyer immediately jumped on this- bc this is a crime.
Then we received 5 emails in which he apparently thought he was talking to the lady, and insisted she "pay the money back or the reviews will be posted" Well he didnt know the emails come to me! So I have all the emails of his threats and then he sent out more emails saying reviews are posted.
Well we saw all the reviews and we have had people and our repeat clients calling and asking us about it bc it doesnt make sense. the particular girl in question has all good reviews except for this ONE. And this person and/or his buddies posted reviews to many boards saying she was a rip off and didnt provide any service.
I want to get the word out there that this was a disrespectful and crazy client and he deserves to be blacklisted. I know he is a member here bc he posted one of the reviews here.
So, my lawyer has all this information, but my question is, how to we repair the damage to this poor girls reputation, as well as to our company.
For any of you indys OR agency owners, what do you do when something like this happens?

And dispute the review.  I believe the lady will have to be involved, not just your agency.

Probably his "buddies" are all him & can be traced to his ISP.  Anybody can be a free member & post a review...  but don't have much credability until they have several reviews.  I doubt that this jerk does.  

You'll undoubtably have to do damage control for a while but I'd not let the false reviews stand without a protest.  
I saw one nasty review on another site...  a lady that had nothing but good reviews.  That site allows the lady to reply & she stated she cancelled the date for cause.

Attempting unwanted oral sex is rape, pure and simple.  Adding the threats about the reviews is extortion, so there's two very serious offenses.

the problem is, we are a rather new agency, and dont really have our feet wet when it comes to professional screening. We did a basic light screen, but thats about it. The guy was different person than we thought he was. We do not keep detailed records of appointments after the appointment has ocurred. So we only know who this person is by ter and other review site handles. Plus obviously, the description of the guy from the lady that went on the appointmnt.So, our lawyer has the wonderful task of tracking him down, if possible. He is in posession of the phone number that the person called us on saying they were the police.
How do we report him to blacklists?
The other disturbing factor is now other indys are getting on the bandwagon feeling SORRY for him, and one gal apparently even somehow did a search I suppose and came up with our personal info
I mean, what IS this/ Im pissed off bc its really a bunch of crap. Here we are, this poor gal was real upset by this guy and then threatened by him. And now our business takes a hit bc of it.
Should I register on that other site and let these ppl know what he is doing?
He actually was on that site tonight, insulting another agency.
This guy really needs to be outed for what he really is. And that is a piece of trash!

Sounds like you really need to improve the way you do things.  Screening is very important.  Did you check the guy's reference?  If you don't know this biz, please do your own homework before you start booking your ladies, otherwise you are only endangering them.

By all means register on the other site & let management know what happened.  Perhaps you could contact the other agency as well.

If he's "insulting another agency" it will not be long before everyone realizes he's the problem.  In another business I was in a customer complained of every campground he'd ever been to...  some of which I knew were very nice.  The common denominator was HIM!  

I mean I'm a guy & this creep casts all of us in a bad light.
