I used to work with and agency and went independent. I know consequences of getting busted being independent vs. running an agency may vary but I was wondering if anyone knows what could happen if I share a place with other providers, what can happen to us if just one of us got busted? We all take as many precautions as we can to stay safe but I feel like we are all only as safe as the girl who makes the least effort to stay that way. I can only control what I do and not what the others do.

Also, what is the punishment for being caught offering a FBSM?

I never discuss anything about the session once the client arrives but I have heard stories that girls have been busted anyway.

that if you are raided by the cops, and it is perfectly clear that you are cognizant of the goings on in the place, you could be cited for being an accessory before and after the fact, even though you are not caught with a client per se.  You might be able to beat the rap with a sympathetic jury, but once busted, that would be more than half the damage.

As to FBSM, most cops would see that as prostitution, no better or worse than full service or felatio.  Genitals and genitals, after all.  Even worse, if you advertise the service using the word "massage", you could run afoul of laws pertaining to offering massage without a license; often a felony in some states, so consult a lawyer about that.

The safest way to operate is to use a motel/hotel room that you rent.  Never meet a client in a motel/hotel that he has rented.

There was a well known group of girls who used to operate trick pads in the San Fernando Valley. At one point they had four going at one time.  One day the police raided all four locations and took the girls to the Van Nuys Police Station where they were detained in a roll call room.  The clients were not detained.  The LAPD lieutenant, who was in charge of vice operations for the Valley, told the girls that every time they establish a trick pad neighbors begin to complain which requires an investigation by the police.  Investigating trick pads requires a lot of man hours and it has become a pain in the ass. They have more important things to do than chase the same girls around from one trick pad to another.  He suggested to the girls that use motel/hotel rooms.  No one complains about adults going in out of motel rooms if they use a different room each day.  He went on to say that prostitution is still against the law but if no one complains then the police have no way of knowing it exists. No one was booked.  He let the girls go with the understanding that if they opened another trick pad and his officers have to conduct an investigation, then he would ensure each girl is prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Anyone present in a trick pad when it is raided is subject to being cited for §315 CPC, a misdemeanor, (Keeping or residing in a house of ill fame)  The courts have held that merely being present in a house of ill fame is residing according to the intent of the law.

This incident had been discussed on this board extensively when it happened about three years ago.

I did take the law boards when I graduated and didn't do all that badly, I could have probably gotten into a second tier law school, but I felt like finding honest work for a while.

Still, I was raised on Perry Mason, so I still like to dabble in it.

Sweety, get a good attorney.
Know your rights and know how you are going to get out if you ever get busted.
You need to know if they do dirty busts- do the complete session and then take you to jail.
