Yes cops can get naked to bust you - both cops undercover as hobbyists and providers. Yes if you ask a cop if they are a cop they can lie and say no and bust you - both cops undercover as hobbyists and providers.
If you asked me , upon arrival to get naked- I would ask you to leave immediately.
Just be careful and go with that little feeling in your stomach. No matter how beautiful a provider's pictures are one is not worth the risk.
I heard from a few providers that, one way to make sure if the provider is not an LE, is to ask the provider to expose herself when you walk into her location. This point seems to have some merit, an LE, pretending to be a provider, would not expose herself; if she does you would be safe. Requesting a provider to expose herself as soon as you walk in might be an unreasonable request for a legit provider and it might not work with every provider, but if she does expose, I think you are safe. But I am not sure if this method would be a sure thing. Because, I think one you have walked into a trap, it does not matter if she expose herself or not, or if you have discussed with her about money for sex, it is all your word against hers. Seeing an well reviewed provider is the safest way but sometimes you might want to see a provider with no reviews who looks very appealing. I would appreciate comments from the other hobbyist as we all learn from each other's experiences. Thanks in advance.
in a state where simple arrival at an escorts pad or visa versa is enough, you would be charged ( as in Nevada, New mexio etc.) In California where an overt act is required, the request to strip would probably qualify. Likewise, cops will do what ever to get you by the collar, getting naked sounds like a no no, but the cops really don't care, did you think they were boy/girl scouts? No offense...
The first will of course be prostitution then comes no sexually oriented business license then no 24 hour advance written notice signed by the client stating that they are aware and agree that no sex will take place in the meeting or words to that effect. If you are touring you get interstate travel for the purpose of prostitution and those are just the beginning of a very bad year. The police in utah do as they please to bust providers and in most other places too but utah prosecutors are a pretty self righteous bunch and will hit you with whatever they can and then see what sticks.
They love to throw in aiding prostitution if you screen or share an incall and split the room fee. The biggest of them all though is money laundering/attempted money laundering if they have any proof you spent a dime of your earnings or was planning on it. That last one is a second or third degree felony. They if you are married or living with someone they will nail him/her with aggravated exploitation of prostitution and money laundering/attempted money laundering. Isn't Utah grand with its aggressive cops and its anal self righteous prosecutors?
I have heard of LE in Utah just showing up and issuing the sexually oriented business license one without any proof of anything other then you have an ad up. I know a lady the just showed up at her residents and gave her the ticket. No sting needed, and screening wouldn't do a thing as they didn't book an appointment.

A better defense is never talk about sex for money. You purchase her time - an hour for companionship, you can talk, cuddle give HER a massage (not reverse - massage license laws) but nothing sexual.
If you like each other suggest you end the session early and just be friends..now can be sexual as consenting adults with no money for sex.
Most important for gals never use GFE or other sexual related terms on ads, website, reviews. In Phoenix gals are getting busted frequently simply for "GFE" on websites. Jury conviction even a few years ago in Scottsdale Court.
