I did some research & found out these private data bases pay for info from the county courts  Yes lovely,
One can  attempt the onerous burden of contact  each site directly & explain that your case was "dismissed/not guilty" and some will remove the info.
The problem with these databases is they are too easy to find records...all you need  to know is a name & it links to the county. & all the other info....
But if the records are at the local county level then someone would have to know which of the 4500 US counties to search...hence ,"needle in hay stack" to find...
Of course if you are applying for some special job etc... they may find no matter what.. ..
By eliminating those "links" it may save some anguish.
