I'd like to know, if when you call a provider and it's LE if she ask you incriminating questions and you avoid answering them and you dnt incriminate yourself will you still be arressted?

until you try to pay a LE Decoy for sex or get popped in a raid.  What you are describing would fall into the conspiracy area of crimes, and, those types of crimes, even if they could (slightly) arguably apply in your jurisdiction, always require some active step towards the subject crime of the conspiracy.

Also, you cannot be arrested for non-incriminating statements.
