I am not certain what to do. I have made an inquiries with a small law firm who handles the types of matter a monger might have after being charged. My case is a different . I am being harassed and blackmailed by a provider mostly in the form of threats to "reveal" my indiscretion to my employer and law enforcement.
Her primary evidence comes in the form of text messages where she is upset with me for only giving the standard donation and not giving a much larger unspecified donation .My admission according to her is by rebuttal that I gave the standard donation like anyone else would and I cannot be held obligated to pay some unspecified donation after the fact especially where there was no mention whatsoever that it is wanted or required. The text maybe more specific with numbers and symbols.
I made the mistake of being helpful in that I helped fix a computer or two, drove her on the occasional errands to the pet feed store, or target. When she has trouble she sees me as her primary go to person and it got tedious and unreasonable. Request for specialty food runs on my way back from work. Fixing video feeds or editing video.
She claims to have video of me having services performed but based on her exaggeration or outright untruthfulness it's more likely just entering or leaving the premises. I setup the device along with what I know of her technical expertise and I have doubts of many of the claims she makes.
She has also forged my information or otherwise used my identity to falsely represent things mostly to her circle of escorts friends, They operate on a rumor back talking drama filled system full of major perceived offenses that are friendship enders to the sudden and opposite forgive and forget parties when someone runs out of dope and needs to score.
There were some comical attempts of forgery to show I am somehow violent, or made physical threats against her.They do not match up with our exchange on text from my device and I have taken precautions that I hope will allows my ISP, mail, service, mobile service to show that I was either not in the area or did not send a communication at alleged days or times. The sentence structure, phrasing and other cues do not match up either.
As on of my precautions I have every screen capture of text where she experiments and modifies lies to get a reaction or create a new method to make trouble. I have a giant collectable information to how she's crazy manipulative ad deceitful but there are so many and so convoluted nobody will read it
I have no criminal record and do not have anything to be concerned about except what she alleges I have done. It is so convoluted in that she will contact me out of nowhere in the day and demand I stop continually harassing her and to leave her alone of she will make me sorry and disappear for the rest of the morning. Then I get continuous babble in the middle of the might where she alternates treats to post things on my social media (not possible) or otherwise expose me, to all sort of attacks on my perceive arrogance, intelligence. To have the police come arrest me etc. Most of the time I just mute her but she switches phone numbers. Uses other peoples phones etc Thankfully I don't think she figured thing out like me email and does not know where I live exactly.
I have consider sending an anonymous electronic crime tip with attached or linked evidence to get a car out to her for a "look and see" What are the realist expectation for what LE got to see and so. Area is highly populate with massage parlors, Old dirty street walkers mostly of the survival prostitution type I can't image anyone touch these decrepit unwashed things, If the blackmailer were to be questioned what would law enforcement do with the info. Would they call me and would I then be made to go answer questions. Could I be charged with anything based on her deposition or anything she has.
Lastly she is a fairly well known but low level provider in that she has been around the block here , has many regulars I assume, and even has a profile and reviews here. The reviews do not match my recent encounters with here. Some will side with her some who are smarter than I am will know that is absolutely why they don't play Save-a-Hoe is something like this handled in TER. Do you dime out the provider, is that even a option. is there some sort of review to see if there are other victims etc. I'd prefer PM's if you reply and until I get a more solid plan I do not think I will be displaying any evidence from either side or aiding in guessing. Please no accusation that I made this up as some sort of stunt. Hold that tongue a week or two for me to have a plan or understand what can or cannot be said. Also please no unnecessary spreading of the story.
