I just now called Gina at the hospital. We couldn't talk very long, and I didn't get to ask her some questions I wanted to ask, though, because she was in the process of being transferred to another facility within the Loma Linda Hospital. She said she was going across the street. This afternoon I'll call the main hospital number and try to get in touch with her in her new room, but the number I have for her now won't work any more, and for those few of you that know her address, that will be different from now on. So if anyone wants to send her anything, or visit her, please PM me and I should be able to give you her new address later today.

I'm sure that this move is a good sign! She is recovering so rapidly that the hospital thinks she will be more comfortable in a different facility, I guess, and that will leave her room available for someone who needs it more.

Gina's mother and I are working together to try to find a more suitable place for her long term recovery, but that is still up in the air. Gina and her mother have always told me she would go to Florida for that, but now I am getting a slightly different story from them. I think there is a possibility that Gina will actually come to a facility in Las Vegas! Or she could just stay in Loma Linda. It is still too early to know that though, or when another move may happen. As soon as I know, I will post again and let everyone know where she will be.

Loma Linda is a very good facility.I have had a few friends and family members treated there. You seem to be a very good friend and she is very lucky to have you.My prayers include "Gina" and I have a direct line to the "Man Upstairs"J/K(but I do have an Aunt that is a Nun). "Gina" has many people here who are pulling for her. I wish her the best in her recovery and I admire your friendship for her.

Kudos to you Travelin!  As an outsider looking in, you represent what is right with this world.  Gina, I will be sending posiive vibes from Minnesota.
