I am new to Las Vegas and assumed this place had more tolerance for "working girls" since everything is accepted in this city. Can someone explain to me how they advertise girls on the strip to come to hotels passing out little cards with provocative women and 1 800 numbers. They advertise them on billboards that drive up and down the strip but say its against the law....?

Many efforts have been made to thwart those methods of advertising. With the help of the ACLU, they have always been beaten back on free speech grounds. Those cards and billboards don't say the "girls direct to your room" will fuck you.  All they really want you to do is pay them for a little chat. That is legal.

it is a multimillion dollar business. Those moving billboards, pamphlets and the Hombres handing them out all have to be paid for.

Who's paying for all this? Well, indirectly the girls that will get to that room in 20 minutes or less, that's who. And if you are new to Vegas, yes there are hundreds of these girls pulling shift duty 24/7.

They may be cash and dash, bait and switch, trick rolls or just plain robs. It's no secret with the thousands of rooms on the strip a larger percentage are occupied by one person, a horny lonely male. Thousands.

It may shock some, but a very very small percentage of these horny guys who are tourists, ever heard of TER.
