No, you're not right.  I don't know anything about Modern Demimonde other than what's on their web site ("Our services are designed to assist the entertainer in managing the administrative aspects of her business."), but I do know that 2 weeks ago Kelly was looking for a new assistant and apparently has decided on them.  When I saw Kelly all my contact was directly through her.  She's completely independent, with no "pimp" as you so delicately put it and neither is she part of an agency.  Perhaps in the future you can try to assemble at least a few facts before you choose to smear and disparage someone's reputation.
