mail been disabled?????

I have been a member here for nearly, what seems, since the site "came alive" and today for the first time in "forever" my

mail has been disabled?

Please help!! No warning, no nothing. I can't communicate with all my on line friends. I wanted to send them season greetings, and now I can't. I didn't do anything

is turning the screws to get us to write reviews or become VIP members ........

and I've been a member since April of 2001 ...lol...
