You will probably get different answers, but I would pick either Caesars Forum Tower (Roman Tower old) or PH Mountain Luxury.

Out of the choices you listed Caesar's hotel either tower or the PH.

Either tower at Caesars then PH.

Years ago I actually stayed in one of those strip view suites at Flamingo and the decor was dated. I'm sure it's been updated since then but one thing I'll never forget is hearing every single damn thing from the strip since the tower is so close. Ambulances, cop cars, etc, etc..  Hangover headaches were brutal there

I stayed at PH last time I was in Vegas and while I don't know about the room types you have available, I had a great time at PH, the casino had a real fun energy and I actually came out ahead at the tables.

The Pleasure Pit in the casino is aesthetically quite enjoyable.  Where do these ladies come from???

I prefer to stay at Paris, Cesar's is good but it is a long walk to the Forum elevators from the lobby, also the same for the PH and I don't like the room layout.

I love Caesars but it is so big and so much walking. Sometimes it takes forever to get bags delivered, room service etc.

I really like PH and love the selection of shops there and some great restaurants too.

Have fun! Let me know if you need a concierge!!

I was recently in the Quad and didn't realize it used to be the Imperial Palace.  It was my first time in any of the rooms there (as the Quad or IP) and I was not impressed.  While the casino area or some of the rooms may be refurbished, the room I was in was NOT.  Very smokey, poor ventilation, stains on carpeting, even stains on the ceiling (mildew?  water damage?).

Paris and Caesar's would be my top choices.

Enjoy your time!

I would chose Caesar's. BUT, here's why: Their new OCTAVIOUS TOWER. Here's what I would do upon check in: Be VERY nice to the clerk, expressing a genuine interest in how their day is going among other things, tell them how much you really enjoy Caesar's, blah blah blah. In other words, lay it on pretty thick. THEN, sandwich a 50 between your credit card and your driver's license while saying: " You know, the comped rooms are nice, but I have heard so much about your new Octavious Tower and if there is ANY way you could possibly upgrade ME I would REALLY appreciate it. I have a very special lady friend who will be stopping by later on tonight and I would REALLY like to impress her. My friend stayed there a few months ago and was blown away. This is actually an upgraded version of the 20 dollar trick because you are staying 5 nights. Dude, I would be shocked if this didn't work. And once you experience the Octavious tower you won't want to stay ANYWHERE in Caesar's.

I'll second Planet Hollywood's great atmosphere and the Pleasure Pit!

Yes, they staff beautiful young dealers and dress them up in sexy lingerie, but most of them are really friendly too. I'm usually in Vegas solo, so having a spot where I can gamble and chit chat about everything new in town since my last trip is nice. I'm staying there in May just because it's my favorite spot to gamble (and the location is perfect).

I hear Caesar's has nice rooms, but the one I had there was an absolute shit hole.

Loved the Pleasure Pit! The times I lost it didn't seem as bad, and when I finally got ahead the dealers were a lot of fun. Even had a late dinner/breakfast with one.

I love Bally's, stay there every time (in fact, just got back from there)...BUT if you stay there you want to avoid the North tower.  it's older and outdated, and they will not even allow you to stay there if you're a higher tier Total Rewards member.

I vote for PH...I've been considering moving my activities there for my next trip.  excellent location, very modern and friendly.
