Doesn't the hotel managers/security recognize most of the ladies by now when they walk into their hotels or do they just look the other way?

I love that show Las Vegas on NBC and I know its a TV show but they seem to know when a "working girl" is working their hotel, is that true or just tv fiction?

I would suspect they do, or at least the valet parking people do, and the people at the elevators.   From what I know they don't really care that much about the the indies.  I would as well suspect they know who the bar ladies are and tolerate them to a degree.

yes, they know. I had an interesting chat with one at the bar at the Sahara a couple weeks ago. They just have to be, well, cool about it. Not hassling people, etc. She said she makes it a point to tip the bartenders well too. She said that they do sting operations occasionally, and that the casinos have some kind of face recognition camera systems. Not sure how much was true...

Some of the hotels check keys at elevators. Of course some of the ladies have keys from all of the hotels ( : And this isn't going to stop anyone from escorting a lady up to their room. The bottom line, the hotels are not going to drive away one of the staples of the Vegas economy....guys that come to town to gamble, f**k, drink and have a good time........the last time I was at Bellagio with Baylee, we walked by a gal, who was obviously working the casino bar. Baylee was wearing an outfit that would make a bishop kick in a stained glass window, and this gal gave her a once over, and then shot me a knowing glance. Everyone knows what's going on, it's all accepted by and large at the hotels with a wink and a nod.......MfSD>>>>

All the hotel employees know who the gals are and they look the other way. It's good for business all around.

Has anyone gone w/ one of those ladies who hangs out at the casino bars? If so, how are they rated? Are they rated on TER?

I normally stay in large hotels, so the hotel manager or security
does not know what is going on..................

The maids, usually Always know! I always treat them really well
and tip them nicely and have never had a problem.

I have found that Kindness, really pays off!

Ran into one the other night.  It was pretty obvious to this person who she was.  Later on she even admitted it to me.  She even knew all of the bartenders, and they knew her.  I think some of the girls may throw a few bucks to the bartenders if they tip them off to someone looking for their services.  She gave me her number, I never called, but she was really hot!  Private message me if you want some info

would you please be so kind as to let us, well me, know more about "Baylee"?  I don't find her in the database here.

While most nites on my visits are occupied with indies, I still occasionally gravitate towards the bars to get a whiff of the action.  Unfortunately (usually) the little head starts doing the thinking  Typically it's ymmv at best, and always a negotiating process.
CLEARLY the hotel staff knows what's going on.

was the first time I stayed at the Bellagio.  I flew in with my girlfriend at the time who was a dancer in Memphis.
Although she didn't escort, as a dancer she certainly looked like a 500/hr lady.  We got stopped at least three times during our weekend by security.  But never when going up to the room, only when walking around the casino floor.  They were always very cordial and wanted to see her ID but not mine.  They never asked if we were guests.  They always used the excuse that they had to make sure she was over 21 to be in the casino.  But she didn't look underage by a long shot.  And I always noticed that they seemed surprised that she had a Tennessee drivers license and not one from Nevada!

I don't think they want to risk treating some hot lady like a working girl when she could very well be a paying guest.  But if you are in the gambling areas of a casino they can always check your ID and say it's just to card you for age.
