Sooo I got the okay to ask this question. Backstory: I have seen a friend for several times now and I asked him to write a review and he declined. I was taken aback but I didn’t press forward with the question. I told him I would ask TER since I verified him through his past reviews. My question is why do some of you write reviews about certain ladies but not all the ladies you see? Are there certain requirements for a lady that warrants a review? All responses are welcomed.

Try not to take it personally. I find it very difficult to get reviews. More than half of my clients choose to not write reviews. Sharing is caring.

When I was younger I reviewed every lady I met on TER and elsewhere. As I've become more experienced I review much less. Here's why:

I tend to see well reviewed TER ladies and I've read a wide cross-section of their reviews before scheduling a date. I have expectations for the date based on those reviews. If my date is consistent with those reviews/expectations I generally don't take the time to write a new review. However, if my date is better or worse than my expectations based on the prior reviews then I will write a review to make my feelings known.

Also, these days I tend to see the same ladies on a regular basis because they are convenient and meet my needs. In those cases, I only review them if new services are provided or if service levels get substantially better or worse than prior visits.

Finally, if I meet a lady with only a handful of TER reviews I will generally write a review to grow her review base.

Way back when I used to write reviews. I would only write them if I could be honest. Well I found out quickly most woman don’t want details aired on the services they provided.  So I started souring on the whole review thing since I couldn’t really be honest. If I was going to keep seeing a girl I wouldn’t review her. The ones I knew it was a one and done I would review. I don’t review anymore since I’d rather just exchange info with guys directly.  

That’s actually a good question.  

 
I can only speak for myself obviously. For one thing, writing reviews is fun at first but after some time in this world it starts to look a lot like work lol. It becomes a chore.  

 
For some time now, I’ve only been seeing women with lots of reviews.  (And repeating a lot with a small batch of regulars.) So if someone has pages of reviews and my experience falls in line with those descriptions, what’s the point in me writing another one? How many times does the same thing need to be said?

 
A long time ago, in a different TER life, I wrote many many reviews. I saw a lot more new-ish women. I was first review for a couple, saw several who had no reviews when I scheduled with them but a couple were published before I got mine written, and saw a lot of ladies with only a handful of them. So I felt like writing those reviews was a help for the ladies and other clients alike. Now the landscape has changed dramatically and I’m a lot more careful.  

 
I’ve also experienced some frustration with trying to keep it a little classy, not having graphic descriptions in the reviews. When I write them like that, they don’t get approved. Admin says “not enough details”. That seems wildly arbitrary though. I’ve read reviews that got approved with only a fraction of the details that I had provided in the ones that got shot down. Whatever  

 
This place runs on clicks. People are making money off clicks. The product driving the clicks is having lots of reviews. Basically, we the clients are the production department and we pretty much work for free. I see a LOT of things the site owners could do to make the reviews and profiles more accurate, accessible and useful. But none of it ever happens.  

 
I woke up one day and said meh, I’ll write reviews if the lady asks for one or if there’s something that other clients need to be warned about. There’s a couple of providers I’ve decided I’ll see in the near future who have less than a page of reviews. I’ll review them.  

 
Yes, I do see the hypocrisy in that, I check reviews here but I hardly write them anymore. But, I don’t use the reviews here for the gory graphic play by play of the sessions. That’s not what I’m here for. I have a deep understanding that YMMV is very real. Each encounter is its own, each connection is its own. I’ve read enough reviews of women I’ve seen a dozen times or more to know those gory details are BS a huge percentage of the time anyway. That’s not why I’m here.  

 
I just want to know if she’s legit. Is she a cop or a scammer? Is she going to try to blackmail me? Does she look something like the pics? Is she sweet and fun, or jaded? If she’s a fun and optimistic person, we’ll have a great time together one way or another and that’s not solely dependent upon a few acronyms.  

 
So in order to get them published, I have to include stuff in my reviews that, for the most part, isn’t really relevant to why I’m reading the reviews.  

 
A lot of guys get backlash from the providers over the reviews, even reviews they thought were very positive. That’s happened to me. Some guys think that by not writing reviews they’re protecting themselves from prosecution and/or being caught by a SO. That’s not a concern of mine but it is for others.  

 
I guess the TL;DR for me is that I used to be a prolific reviewer and I burnt out.

But to your question.
If she has a TER approved site/ad then I'll review her. The only way I won't do a review is if she asked me not to, and even then that's iffy. But I normally always do a review, the good..the bad and the ugly
Odd, is that your "friend" has reviewed others but not you.
I get you want to be delicate about asking him, but maybe just tell him, "Hey MF, review me or I'm cutting you out",,lol,,kidding..I really am

I pretty much agree with what the good Lt. had to say.   I'm an Old Curmudgeon, been on here 25+ years, and have had the gamut of experiences., from one to 10/10.     I always tried to set myself up for great experiences, but it wasn't always to be.   About a year ago, I was able to introduce two faves of mine, both TENS in their on right,  to each other, and it turned into a mind-boggling afternoon!   So, great, in fact, that I decided to make them, together, my final review, as I felt (for me), it can't get better than that lovely May day.
So, I guess that's my answer to why I've not stopped enjoying, but stopped reviewing.

If I see a provider who has a lot of reviews recently I usually won’t review them.  If the provider doesn’t have many lately or at all I’ll add to it with a review of my own so others are encouraged to see them too.  

I like to use reviews to help providers get more clients. I have had a few lately that did not meet expectations but they suspended their TER account so then only have positive reviews on other forums. Anywhere they got negative reviews they had them removed.  

I always want anyone that I see and enjoy to get more clients. I try to play my part with reviews for those without many.  

Ditto.  I like to help out providers, as well as the gents here, by writing a review after a good experience.  I only see well-reviewed TER providers so this is the case 99% of the time.  Once in a while I’ll see a gal who just might be having an off day and I’ll just write it off as such and opt to not write a review.  The blowback for writing an honest bad review is just too much these days; so unless I ever get robbed, or something else of the ilk, I just don’t want to write a negative review.  I recently had a session with a highly rated Vegas porn star and she was either drunk/high (probably both), late for the appointment and hostile - it was honestly the worst Vegas TER provider I’ve ever seen.  Ironically, she was the best looking and most fit 40+ y/o I have ever seen.  However, it was a shit show, completely on her part, and while leaving my hotel room she told me out of the clear blue sky that if I left her a bad review I’d regret it.  She knew it was a completely undeserved horrible time for me.  There was just no upside to writing that review and that single session has greatly soured me on the P4P scene, and I seriously doubt I’ll ever indulge in the Vegas P4P world again, regardless of how highly rated they are here on TER.  I did my homework and the net result would have been the same as if I had thrown that money off the balcony of my hotel room.  Point being, even a highly reviewed provider isn’t immune from straying DRAMATICALLY from previous stellar reviews.  At least that is my takeaway and I just don’t want to play the review game anymore - knowing that even a well-deserved positive review from me might result in a future gent getting burned, however unlikely.  Yeah I’m jaded, and it was definitely the tipping point for me and regardless of a great, or bad, session I’m done with writing reviews and in the future will only see the few regular gals I see in my hometown.  I’m done with Vegas.  

If I like the provider and she gave a good experience I will write I review if they want one.  I rarely see new people, I’m older and probably have seen four new people in the last few years.  I will update reviews on my favorites every year or so.  If TER didn’t demand the reviews demand so explicit details I would write more.  I would review anybody who ripped me off but it hasn’t happened.  The reviews have been very helpful to me over my time doing this

That was an issue for me in regards to giving explicit info. In the end I felt like I was doing a job in writing a review that was of little benefit to me. Give out too many details and providers don’t like that. Don’t give out enough details and you can’t score the girl properly.  

I had one girl tell me I don’t care what it is I just want the score. Then complain about the juicy details because she had a client complain to her that she did things with me she wouldn’t do with him.

I have had a couple of dates where my date was wonderful and gave me the exact experience I wanted.  I would give a 10 out of 10.  However, based on TER rules on rating, only a 7 or 8 would be allowed.  I do not want to negatively affect someone scores or rankings when their performance was exactly as requested.  Rather than exaggerate to get the higher score I just don’t write one.

I used to think that if I did not get a review from a client (who I knew had written reviews for others) that they weren’t fully satisfied with the session and they were just being nice by not posting about it.  I have to admit that I would spend some time wondering what I could have done better or differently.  But when some of these same clients decided to repeat I realized they must have enjoyed their experiences. I finally asked one gentleman why he chose not to review me. He told me that our time together was too personal and intimate and he simply didn’t feel like sharing the experience with others. I realized there could be other reasons men chose not to share.  

 
I respect a gentleman’s decision to review or not, however I will say that a positive review does help increase visibility and drive business substantially, especially for a very low volume provider such as myself. I have always noticed an increase in site traffic and inquiries when I have a new review, therefore they are appreciated.

The best reason to keep reviewing the ladies who provide great service.  I wish the TER scoring rules.  The person I see the most often by far is because she has a lovely personality, is fun, and makes me feel better about myself and the world. That should get her a 10 over the fact she doesn’t do anal.

I'm sorry you had that happen to you, nobody should endure that treatment. Can you email me who that Vegas PS is that was so horrible to you so I can steer clear of her, if possible.

I have a preference for seeing a lady I've already seen before over meeting someone new. I used to post a review after seeing a lady for the firs time, but I found that with each subsequent visit after posting that review, their performance often declined. Sometimes I still post a review, but I'm trying to avoid that pattern I've experienced.

I am always happy to write a good review. If I have to write something negative (always try to be tactful, of course), I'll try to make sure my next visit will be something that will get a positive review. That way I won't come across as a hater. Your friend might be declining to write a review for you because he doesn't want you to become too popular.

I hear you! I used to be highly reviewed on TER and appreciated all the write ups, but after a while it started to feel a tad mechanical with clients. As if they wanted to check off boxes with me on the stories they read. For me it took some of the fun out of it, I love an organic experience myself and just let our dates flow!

I asked for them to be taken down a while ago and felt it was more enjoyable. I was a reliable provider and they weren’t treating our date like a grocery list. But that being said- it’s important to make sure the client is feels safe with a quality and reliable provider and obviously vice versa. When dates feel safe & organic, it really reminds me why this whole scene is fun, sexy and adventurous. Why we’re all here right?!?!
