Where do the girls usually hang at the Venetian, best times to find them, and best ways to recognize and get the ladies attention?

Help will be appriciated, I'm looking to hook up around 4pm ish, or late, 11-12 (I know that's not late here!)

About 6 months ago my buddy was playing slots around 3am and he was approached, aggressively, by no less than 4 ladies, all AA, 2 fairly skanky and 2 looking good.  All within the space of an hour.  I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but there it is.
