If you are moderated, it is because you don't have a proper TER BADGE on your site, or I don't know who you are....or you are new and feeling your way around TER....or you consciously or unconsciously caused some drama.....some of you are Drama Llama's and don't even know it...sorry but true.

I can assure you, writing PM's to STAFF in not the way to get unmoderated....

READING INFO & POLICIES and then following them is the best way to become unmoderated.....

Your moderator is no male model, but is someone who through the wisdom of his years has learned that the best way to get along in this community is to be up front with issues....the only issue at play here is fix your website, contribute constructively and don't cause drama.....I very rarely moderate someone and do it to get your attention.....take if for what it is worth...a wake up call before you do something stupid....

PS...if you get the proper badge on your site and have been posting for more than three months and I have not unmoderated you, reach out to me and ask me why....i will probably unmoderate you then.

I've been moderated for three or four years now. My posts take a day or sometimes longer to be posted. And frankly, I can't even remember what I was moderated for, it's been so long ago. I don't post on TER that much, but it would be nice to be un-moderated.
