Should a provider charge you for the full amount if you are unable to "complete".  THis actually happened with me this weekend with an Agency provider.  It doesn't happen often, but is does happen.

This can be argued but you are paying for the providers time not the number of 'bells rung' if any at all.  Technically speaking we advertise just that, we are companions and anything else that happens during a call is consensual.  Now Im sure youre disappointed and as a provider I would be also but keep in mind she probably (at least I would) tried everything in her power to get you to completion.  Im sure most providers will agree but Im sure there are gentlemen that might argue this point.  My two cents worth..........
